Their brief bio?

The two bailys are Film and Television graduates from National College of Arts, Lahore which was founded as the Mayo School of Arts by British Viceroy of India Lord Mayo in 1875. Later on Ahmad came to an understanding and looked after the company initially helping Sarmed in completion of his post graduate degree in film direction from United Kingdom.

How did they meet?

It was the first day of college when they were the only two who were late for the orientation. Later getting caught and ragged by the seniors, they developed a special bond. Ever since they are friends.

What pushed them to this start-up?

It’s something they knew from a very first student project they did together. Going into business as friends was a natural decision and the next step in their careers. The opportunity presented itself, and they felt it was too good to turn down.

What was the idea behind Filmbaily?

As the name tells itself, Baily, a Punjabi word which means friend and that is exactly what they consider their team and clients. Picking up traits from the strongest bond of friendship and implementing it in the creative agency with the purpose where friends can work for friends; visually and creatively.
